In accord with Article 13 of the Leg. Decr. 196/2003, which concerns data privacy, we inform you, that the Guesthouse Schifferegger as a data processor stores your personal data in its archive. The use of your data is subject to the principles of accuracy, legal propriety and transparency, whereby your private sphere and your rights are protected. These data can be used by Guesthouse Schifferegger for the generation of (exclusively anonymous) statistics and in order to send you advertising materials, catalogues and price lists, and in order to keep you informed of offers and initiatives of the Guesthouse Schifferegger.
You can exercise your rights granted under Art. 7 of Leg. Decr. No. 196/03, among them the access, correction, updating integration and transformation of your data into an anonymous form, as well as their deletion, as well as forbidding their use, in that you contact the responsible operator, who is named by us in compliance with Article 13 letter f) of Leg.
